  4. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure functionality and identify and resolve any issues.
  5. Monitor and maintain existing software systems, making necessary updates and improvements as needed.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software engineering to continuously improve processes and systems.
  7. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize and plan projects and ensure alignment with company goals.
  8. Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the organization.
  9. Identify and anticipate potential risks and challenges in software development and proactively find solutions to mitigate them.
  10. Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  11. Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and escalate any issues as needed.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, systems, and team productivity.
  14. Act as a role model for junior engineers, promoting a culture of learning, growth, and innovation.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols and data privacy regulations.
  16. Collaborate with other senior engineers to drive technical excellence and promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Software Development: A Senior Software Engineer At Geico Auto Insurance Must Have A Strong Background In Software Development, With At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Building And Maintaining Complex Software Systems.
