8. Develop and maintain relationships with external security organizations and stay informed on industry best practices.
9. Monitor and track security awareness training completion and effectiveness, and provide reports to management.
10. Continuously assess and improve the company's security culture and develop strategies to promote a security-conscious mindset among employees.
11. Participate in incident response efforts and provide guidance and support to employees in the event of a security breach.
12. Proactively identify potential security risks and provide recommendations for mitigating these risks.
13. Conduct regular risk assessments and make recommendations for improving security protocols and procedures.
14. Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to security awareness and ensure the company is in compliance.
15. Train and mentor junior security awareness engineers and provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.
