
Senior Product Manager - Customer Identity and Access Management

- Lead the development and implementation of the Customer Identity and Access Management product for Geico Auto Insurance.
- Develop and drive the strategy for customer identity and access management solutions, ensuring a seamless and secure customer experience.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends related to identity and access management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmap, and ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers and cross-functional team members.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Communicate product updates and progress to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to customer identity and access management.
- Proactively identify and address potential product risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
- Represent Geico Auto Insurance at industry events and conferences to showcase our customer identity and access management solutions.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Senior Product Manager Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Complex Products. This Experience Should Include Working With Customer Identity And Access Management Systems.
Strong Understanding Of Customer Identity And Access Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Customer Identity And Access Management Systems And How They Work. They Should Have Experience In Developing And Managing These Systems For Large Organizations, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Product Manager, The Ability To Think Strategically And Solve Complex Problems Is Crucial. The Candidate Should Be Able To Identify Market Trends, Analyze Data, And Make Strategic Decisions To Drive The Product's Success.
