
Senior Manager, Threat Management
Geico Auto Insurance is seeking an experienced, driven, and highly organized senior manager for our Threat Management team. This position requires a professional who can expertly assess and manage threats from both internal and external sources. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of risk management, security operations, and threat prevention strategies. Our ideal candidate will be a team player who is comfortable leading and inspiring others while effectively managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, the Senior Manager, Threat Management must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a security and/or risk management role. In addition, the candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a working knowledge of security and risk management systems and protocols. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management and security operations strategies to protect against internal and external threats.
- Monitor and assess threats from both internal and external sources to ensure the safety and security of the company.
- Lead and motivate threat management team members to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Analyze and troubleshoot security system and security protocols to identify and address potential threats.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive communication and collaboration.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on security protocols and operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in security and risk management.
- Develop and present reports and recommendations to senior management on security and risk management initiatives.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to security and risk management.
- Follow legal and regulatory requirements for security and risk management.
