Senior Manager, Threat Management

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the security operations and threat management strategies for Geico Auto Insurance.
2. Provide guidance and oversight to the security team.
3. Develop and implement security policies, processes, and procedures.
4. Monitor security threats, investigate, assess, and respond to security incidents.
5. Manage the security team in order to ensure operational excellence.
6. Develop and manage security programs and initiatives.
7. Ensure compliance with security best practices and standards.
8. Work closely with other departments to ensure security measures are implemented.
9. Monitor and review security reports and metrics.
10. Analyze security trends and recommend corrective action.
