Senior Manager, SOX/MAR Transformation

11. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in compliance and bring innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement.
12. Proactively identify and address potential compliance issues and escalate to senior management when necessary.
13. Act as a subject matter expert on SOX and MAR compliance and provide guidance and support to the wider organization.
14. Drive a high level of performance and accountability within the team to achieve compliance objectives.
15. Collaborate with other departments, such as Legal and Finance, to ensure alignment and consistency in compliance efforts.
