  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy for the operations department, aligned with the overall company objectives and goals.
  2. Lead and manage a team of internal communications professionals, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure effective execution of the communications strategy.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders within the operations department to understand their communication needs and develop targeted messaging that effectively conveys important information and updates.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of internal communications through various channels, such as email, intranet, newsletters, town hall meetings, and other internal platforms.
  5. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives and make recommendations for improvement based on data and feedback.
  6. Proactively identify potential communication issues and develop crisis communication plans to effectively address them.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications to continuously improve and innovate our communication strategies.
  8. Work closely with other departments, such as Human Resources and Marketing, to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with company values and brand.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for internal communications initiatives.
  10. Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to senior leadership on internal communications matters, providing insights and recommendations to drive employee engagement and alignment with company goals.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In A Senior-Level Position In Internal Communications, Preferably Within The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Operational Processes And Procedures Within A Large Organization, With A Focus On Employee Engagement And Communication.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Internal Communications Professionals.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Strategic And Innovative Thinker, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Creative And Effective Communication Strategies That Align With The Company's Overall Objectives And Values.
