- Lead and manage the OpenStack Private Cloud Fabric team to ensure efficient and effective operations of our private cloud infrastructure.
- Design and implement new technologies and processes to improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of our private cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines for all engineering initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all engineering processes and procedures.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their growth and success.
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process for new engineering team members.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the engineering team's performance and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in OpenStack technology, and make recommendations for integration into our infrastructure.
- Communicate regularly with senior management on the progress and performance of engineering initiatives and provide strategic recommendations for future development.
Extensive Experience In Engineering And Managing Openstack Private Cloud Fabric, Including Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Complex Cloud Environments.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Networking, Storage, And Virtualization Technologies, As Well As Experience With Automation Tools And Methodologies.
Proven Track Record Of Leading And Developing High-Performing Engineering Teams, With Strong Project Management Skills And The Ability To Deliver Results On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
