- Develop and maintain the company's identity and access management systems to ensure the security and protection of customer information.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in identity and access management to continuously improve and enhance the company's systems.
- Lead and guide the identity and access management team in implementing and maintaining best practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any security risks or vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of the company's identity and access management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical expertise and support to other teams within the company for identity and access management related issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure the company has access to the latest technologies and solutions.
- Train and mentor junior engineers within the identity and access management team.
- Proactively identify and recommend improvements to processes and systems to increase efficiency and security.
- Communicate regularly with upper management and stakeholders to provide updates on the status of identity and access management systems and projects.
Extensive Experience In Identity And Access Management (Iam) Systems: A Senior Engineer For Iam At Geico Auto Insurance Must Possess A Strong Understanding Of Iam Principles, Protocols, And Technologies, Along With Hands-On Experience In Implementing And Managing Iam Systems.
Proficiency In Iam Tools And Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Iam Tools And Technologies Such As Active Directory, Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Privileged Access Management, And Identity Governance And Administration.
Strong Knowledge Of Security And Compliance Standards: A Senior Engineer At Geico Auto Insurance Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Security And Compliance Standards Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Gdpr, And Be Able To Apply Them In The Design And Implementation Of Iam Solutions.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Engineer, The Candidate Should Be Able To Lead A Team Of Engineers And Manage Iam Projects From Conception To Deployment. Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills Are Also Necessary To Coordinate With Stakeholders And Ensure Project Success.
