We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineer – CRM Developer to join our team at Geico Auto Insurance. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) software solutions and ensuring that they meet our business and industry standards.To excel in this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, CRM development, and database management. You should have a thorough understanding of object-oriented programming, web services, and relational databases, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain CRM software solutions that meet Geico Auto Insurance's business and industry standards
2. Utilize object-oriented programming, web services, and relational databases to create innovative and effective solutions
3. Manage database systems to ensure proper operation and data integrity
4. Troubleshoot and debug applications
5. Research and evaluate new technologies and techniques to improve system performance
6. Document code and assist with code reviews
7. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers
8. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with CRM software solutions
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CRM technology
