5. Collaborate with stakeholders to explain complex ML/NLP concepts
6. Train and mentor other data scientists in ML/NLP technologies
7. Monitor data quality and accuracy of ML/NLP models
8. Develop and implement best practices for ML/NLP data management
9. Provide technical guidance and support to other teams in the company
