1. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
2. Provide legal advice and guidance to the company on all employment-related matters.
3. Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations.
4. Review and revise company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees and management on employment laws and regulations.
6. Advise on and handle employment-related disputes and litigation.

9. Manage relationships with outside legal counsel and other external partners.

13. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for the company on employment law matters.
14. Mentor and provide guidance to other members of the legal team.
15. Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations related to employment law.
16. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the company's compliance with employment laws and regulations.
17. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
