- Develop and implement compensation strategies and programs that align with the company's business objectives and attract top talent.
- Conduct research and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of current compensation programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their compensation needs and provide guidance on best practices and market trends.
- Review and approve job descriptions and salary structures to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Lead the annual performance review and salary increase process, ensuring fairness and consistency across the organization.
- Conduct market salary surveys and analyze data to determine competitive compensation ranges for various roles.
- Stay updated on industry trends and legislation related to compensation and make necessary adjustments to the company's programs.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations on compensation data and trends to senior leadership.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and managers on compensation-related issues, including job offers, promotions, and salary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation.
- Collaborate with the HRIS team to ensure accurate data management and reporting for compensation programs.
- Mentor and train junior compensation analysts to ensure a strong and cohesive team.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs and make recommendations for changes as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Compensation Principles, Including Job Evaluation, Market Analysis, And Pay Structures.
Proficiency In Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools, With The Ability To Manipulate Large Data Sets And Present Findings In A Clear And Concise Manner.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Hr Colleagues And Business Leaders To Develop And Implement Compensation Strategies That Align With Company Goals And Objectives.
