
Senior Benefits Analyst
Geico Auto Insurance is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to join our team and help our employees make the most of their benefits. Our ideal candidate has excellent problem solving skills and a passion for helping others. The Senior Benefits Analyst will be responsible for administering, evaluating, and interpreting employee benefit programs and providing technical advice and assistance on benefit related matters.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least five years of experience in employee benefits, payroll, or related fields. They should be well versed in all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Responsibilities of a Senior Benefits Analyst:
- Administer, evaluate, and interpret employee benefit programs.
- Provide technical advice and assistance on benefit related matters.
- Stay up to date with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Monitor benefits program costs and identify opportunities for savings.
- Maintain accurate records of benefit programs and employee data.
- Develop and implement employee benefit training programs.
- Respond to inquiries from employees regarding benefits.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to benefit programs.
- Evaluate benefit programs for compliance with federal and state regulations.
