Senior Benefits Analyst

At Geico Auto Insurance, we are looking for an experienced Senior Benefits Analyst to join our team. Our Senior Benefits Analyst will be a key member of our Benefits team and will be responsible for the implementation, administration, and communication of all employee benefits programs.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in a benefits or human resources role. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a working knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to employee benefits are essential qualifications for this position.We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about helping our employees and their families get the most out of their benefits. Responsibilities:

1. Implement, administer, and communicate all employee benefits programs
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and their families
3. Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations related to employee benefits
4. Provide excellent customer service and maintain open communication with employees on benefits program updates
5. Analyze and evaluate existing benefits programs to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities
6. Create and manage employee benefit enrollment processes, including open enrollment
7. Train and educate new and existing employees on benefits program offerings
8. Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in employee benefits regulations
9. Develop and update employee benefits-related policies, procedures, and documents
10. Manage the administration and reporting of employee benefits programs and associated costs
