
Senior Benefits Analyst
At Geico Auto Insurance, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Benefits Analyst to join our Human Resources team. We are looking for someone to analyze employee benefit plans, develop strategies to maximize benefits for our employees, and proactively identify ways to optimize cost savings. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and organization skills, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, the Senior Benefits Analyst must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience as a Benefits Analyst, Benefits Specialist, or related role. The Senior Benefits Analyst should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, have strong analytical skills, and be knowledgeable of state and federal laws related to benefits. Knowledge of benefit plans, including health, life, disability, retirement, and other voluntary benefits, is also required. Responsibilities of the Senior Benefits Analyst:
• Analyze employee benefit plans and develop strategies to maximize benefits for employees. • Proactively identify ways to optimize cost savings for the organization. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and legal requirements related to benefits. • Maintain accurate records of employee benefits plans and related data. • Monitor and evaluate benefit plan utilization and effectiveness. • Manage communication of employee benefits and provide support to employees. • Assist in the development and implementation of new benefits programs. • Create presentations and other materials to educate employees about their benefits. • Respond to inquiries from stakeholders regarding benefit plans. • Collaborate with external vendors to manage and optimize benefit plan offerings. • Prepare reports and analyze data to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of benefit plans.
