Responsibilities of a Senior Benefits Analyst at Geico Auto Insurance:
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of existing health and welfare plans, and design new plans to meet the needs of employees.
- Analyze and manage our 401k and other retirement plans.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employee benefits.
- Implement strategies to maximize employee utilization of benefits plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends in employee benefits.
- Provide guidance and assistance to employees regarding their benefits packages.
- Monitor and evaluate benefit costs to ensure they are within budget.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to ensure benefits are administered correctly.
- Generate reports and analytics to help management make informed decisions about employee benefits.
