Senior Benefits Analyst

At Geico Auto Insurance, we are looking for an experienced Senior Benefits Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of benefits programs, including health, retirement, and other employee benefits. You will be a key player in developing and maintaining benefits programs that meet our employees’ needs and business objectives.To be successful in this role, you should have an excellent understanding of employee benefits, including the legal and financial implications of each benefit. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage employee benefits programs to meet organizational needs and objectives.
2. Analyze existing benefits programs and develop strategies for improvement.
3. Lead and oversee the administration of all employee benefits, including health, retirement, and other employee-related benefits.
4. Monitor and update employee benefits programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication of benefits programs.
6. Analyze and interpret benefits data and provide reports to management.
7. Serve as a resource for employees on benefit-related questions and issues.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and recommend changes as needed.
9. Prepare and manage benefit budgets and monitor costs.
10. Manage vendor relationship and ensure timely delivery of services.
