
Security and Safety Systems Administrator
Geico Auto Insurance is looking for an experienced and skilled Security and Safety Systems Administrator to join our IT team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about system security and safety, and is knowledgeable about the latest in IT technologies and trends. This position requires a combination of technical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively.The Security and Safety Systems Administrator will be responsible for system security and safety operations. This includes keeping the system up to date with the most recent security patches, monitoring the system for security breaches, and providing guidance and direction on security policies and procedures. This position will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety protocols, as well as developing and implementing security measures for use in our IT environment.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in system security and safety operations is also required. In addition, experience with system security and safety tools, such as IDS/IPS and vulnerability scanning tools, is a plus. Candidates must also be able to work independently and collaboratively, as well as take initiative and think critically. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to stay current with the latest security and safety trends.
