Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading teams in the development of product releases and initiatives, and for ensuring that the teams adhere to the Scrum process.We’re looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, and a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
