The ideal candidate will be a reliable leader who knows how to create an environment of collaboration and accountability.The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating the daily Scrum meetings and ensuring that the team is able to focus on their tasks and deliver quality products.To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of the Agile and Scrum frameworks. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be comfortable leading and motivating a team.Required Qualifications:- At least 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master- Thorough understanding of the Agile and Scrum frameworks- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to lead and motivate a team- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
