  1. Coordinate schedules for new and existing employees to ensure smooth operations and maximize productivity.
  2. Develop and maintain an efficient onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling training and orientation sessions.
  3. Communicate with various departments to gather information and resources needed for onboarding.
  4. Ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  5. Monitor and track progress of new hires during the onboarding process and address any issues that may arise.
  6. Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and systems.
  7. Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  8. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
  9. Maintain accurate records of employee schedules and onboarding progress.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.
  11. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and systems to provide accurate information to new hires.
  12. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
  13. Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive information.
  14. Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Scheduling And Onboarding Processes.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office, Specifically Excel And Word.
