  1. Conduct retirement planning consultations with clients to assess their current financial situation and develop personalized retirement plans.
  2. Analyze and evaluate clients' retirement goals and provide recommendations on appropriate insurance products to meet their needs.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in retirement planning laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant recommendations to clients.
  4. Collaborate with other team members, including financial advisors and insurance agents, to provide comprehensive retirement planning services to clients.
  5. Conduct thorough research and analysis of various retirement plans and insurance products to determine their suitability for clients.
  6. Communicate complex retirement planning concepts and insurance product details to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  8. Create and maintain detailed records of client interactions and retirement plans to ensure accurate and efficient service.
  9. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products to clients based on their retirement planning needs.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance knowledge and skills in retirement planning and insurance products.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials and strategies to promote retirement planning services and attract new clients.
  12. Handle any escalated client issues or complaints regarding retirement planning services with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
  13. Continuously monitor and assess the performance of retirement plans and make adjustments as necessary to ensure clients' long-term financial goals are met.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and ethical standards, to maintain the integrity of retirement planning services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retirement Plan Administration Or Analysis

  • Knowledge Of Erisa And Other Federal Regulations Related To Retirement Plans

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel

  • Professional Certifications Such As Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (Cebs) Or Certified Retirement Counselor (Crc) Preferred.
