  1. Conduct research and analysis on current insurance products and industry trends to inform product development and improvements.
  2. Utilize data and market intelligence to identify potential areas for product innovation and enhancement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test new insurance products and features.
  4. Monitor and track the performance of existing products and make recommendations for adjustments and improvements.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge for Geico Auto Insurance.
  6. Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement efforts.
  7. Develop and maintain detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  8. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure products are effectively positioned and promoted in the market.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve research and development processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on insurance industry trends and best practices, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Economics, Mathematics, Or Statistics.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data And Draw Insights.

  • Knowledge Of Statistical Modeling, Regression Analysis, And Other Quantitative Research Methods.
