- Develop and implement procurement strategies for technology category, in line with company objectives and budget goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential vendors and negotiate favorable contracts for technology products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technology needs and requirements, and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement processes.
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance to ensure delivery of quality products and services.
- Review and evaluate existing contracts to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology procurement, and make recommendations for implementation within the company.
- Prepare and present reports on technology spend, savings, and performance to management.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all technology contracts, invoices, and related documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, in all procurement processes.
- Train and mentor team members on technology procurement processes and best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Procurement And Category Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Procurement Processes And Best Practices, Including Strategic Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, And Supplier Management.
Experience In Managing Technology Categories, Such As Software, Hardware, And Cloud Services.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Internal Stakeholders And External Suppliers.
