In this role, you will be responsible for managing our technology procurement processes and strategies.   1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for technology products and services in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to inform procurement decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technology needs and requirements, and develop effective procurement plans.
  4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with technology vendors to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  5. Manage vendor relationships and performance, including conducting regular reviews and addressing any issues or concerns.
  6. Monitor and track technology procurement budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
  7. Stay informed and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations related to technology procurement.
  8. Oversee the entire procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  9. Analyze data and reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations for process improvements.
  10. Communicate with internal stakeholders to provide updates on procurement activities and address any concerns.
  11. Train and mentor team members on procurement best practices and technology category management.
  12. Keep accurate records and documentation of all procurement activities for audit purposes.
  13. Continuously evaluate and assess technology procurement processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Category Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Procurement Best Practices, Including Strategic Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, And Supplier Management.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision-Making And Identify Cost Savings Opportunities.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Suppliers.
