- Develop and implement procurement strategies for the technology category in line with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technology needs and requirements and provide guidance on procurement processes.
- Monitor and track technology market trends and make recommendations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, in all procurement activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their technology needs and provide support and guidance.
- Stay up-to-date with new technology developments and innovations to identify potential opportunities for the company.
- Analyze and report on key metrics related to the technology category, such as cost savings and supplier performance.
- Lead negotiations with vendors to secure the best possible terms and conditions for the company.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline procurement processes and increase efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior procurement team members on best practices and procedures for the technology category.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Category Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Computer Science.
Strong Knowledge Of Procurement Processes And Best Practices, Including Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, And Contract Negotiations.
Experience With Technology Procurement, Including Software Licenses, Hardware, And It Services.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
