  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for technology-related purchases to ensure cost efficiency and quality in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential vendors and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms and pricing.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technology needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  4. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
  5. Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and service level agreements.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
  7. Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  8. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
  9. Collaborate with the finance department to track and report on procurement expenses and budget.
  10. Stay updated on advancements in technology and make recommendations for incorporating new solutions into the company's procurement process.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Procurement Or Category Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Experience Using Procurement Software And Tools.

  • Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Contract Negotiation, And Strategic Sourcing.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Vendors And Internal Stakeholders.
