  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for technology supplies and services in line with company goals and objectives.
  2. Identify potential vendors and negotiate contracts for technology supplies and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  3. Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay current on technology products and services.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of supplies and services.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and legal, to identify and address procurement needs and requirements.
  6. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of technology vendors to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
  7. Analyze and track procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for technology procurement processes.
  9. Manage and maintain inventory of technology supplies and equipment.
  10. Stay compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to procurement.
  11. Train and mentor team members on procurement best practices and processes.
  12. Continuously review and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  13. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on procurement activities and address any concerns.
  14. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform procurement decisions.
  15. Represent the organization in external meetings and negotiations with technology vendors.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Category Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes And Procedures, Including Contract Negotiation, Vendor Management, And Cost Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With External Vendors.

  • Knowledge Of Current Technology Trends And Their Impact On The Insurance Industry, As Well As The Ability To Identify And Implement Innovative Solutions To Improve Procurement Processes.
