Principal Software Engineer - People & Finance Tech

As a key member of this organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative software solutions, managing and developing team members, and collaborating closely with other departments.We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and a desire to make a positive impact. You must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 10 years of professional software engineering experience. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of innovative software solutions, utilizing the latest technologies and best practices.
- Manage and develop software engineering team members, providing guidance and professional development.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure successful development, integration, and deployment of software solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate software performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop strategies for improvement.
- Develop and maintain software documentation and other relevant technical materials.
- Remain up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends, and suggest/implement improvements to existing software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure software engineering standards and quality assurance are met.
- Lead design and development activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
