A successful Principal Software Engineer - People & Finance Tech will have a deep understanding of software engineering principles and a passion for delivering high-quality products and services.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. In addition, the ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience in software engineering and two years of experience in a leadership or management role.
