  1. Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent for the Operations team.
  2. Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  3. Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
  4. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
  5. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to extending job offers.
  6. Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other potential talent pools.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
  9. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience and to promote the company's employer brand.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Attend job fairs and other recruitment events to represent the company and attract potential candidates.
  12. Participate in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Geico Auto Insurance and promote our company culture and values.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to ensure a high-quality and efficient hiring process.
  15. Mentor and train junior recruiters or other team members as needed.

  • Proven Experience In Recruiting Top Talent For Operations Roles: The Principal Recruiter Should Have A Track Record Of Success In Identifying And Hiring Highly Qualified Candidates For Various Operations Positions, Such As Claims Adjusters, Customer Service Representatives, And Operations Managers.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Insurance Industry: As A Principal Recruiter At Geico Auto Insurance, It Is Essential To Have A Deep Understanding Of The Insurance Industry, Including The Operations And Processes Involved. This Knowledge Will Enable The Recruiter To Effectively Assess Candidates' Skills And Qualifications.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Principal Recruiter Will Be Responsible For Building Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Effectively Conveying Information And Building Rapport With Stakeholders.

  • Ability To Develop And Implement Recruiting Strategies: The Principal Recruiter Should Have Experience In Developing And Executing Recruitment Strategies To Attract Top Talent. This Includes Leveraging Various Sourcing Channels, Such As Job Boards, Social Media, And Networking Events.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations: The Principal Recruiter Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations To Ensure Compliance Throughout The Recruitment Process. This Includes Knowledge Of Equal Employment Opportunity (Eeo) Laws, Immigration Laws, And Other Relevant Regulations.
