- Monitor and track key performance indicators related to workforce capacity and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights to inform workforce planning strategies.
- Develop and maintain tools and processes to support accurate and efficient capacity planning.
- Analyze historical and current data to make data-driven recommendations for future workforce capacity needs.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Workforce Capacity Planning Or Operations Analysis.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
