- Lead the overall management and maintenance of Geico's finance technology systems, with a focus on Workday and related applications.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of finance technology systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to finance technology systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address gaps in existing technology processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in finance technology to continuously improve Geico's systems.
- Train and mentor junior team members on the use and maintenance of finance technology systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to streamline operations.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Workday and finance technologies, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Senior Engineering Or Technical Role, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Expertise In Workday And Finance Technologies, Including Hands-On Experience With Implementation And Maintenance.
Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
