  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in the areas of Workday and finance systems.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to finance technology and leverage them to drive business outcomes.

  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews of finance systems and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  10. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and implementation of finance technology solutions.
  11. Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
  12. Lead and participate in project planning and execution for finance technology initiatives.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on project progress, system changes, and any issues or risks.
  14. Ensure data integrity and security of all finance systems and processes.
  15. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of finance operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Operations Engineering, Preferably In The Finance Or Insurance Industry.

  • Expertise In Workday And Other Finance Technologies, With A Strong Understanding Of Integration And Configuration.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Executing Complex Projects In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
