- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our Operations department.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the position.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and provide timely feedback to all applicants.
- Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.
- Represent Geico Auto Insurance at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee retention strategies.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all recruitment activities.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture within the Operations department and the company as a whole.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Prior Recruiting Experience In A Fast-Paced And High-Volume Environment, Preferably Within The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Recruiting Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Assessment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Recruitment Goals And Effectively Managing The Entire Recruitment Process, From Sourcing To Onboarding.
