- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our operations team.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job postings, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for open positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipeline and track recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Make recommendations for improvements to the recruitment process based on data and feedback.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and communicate updates to all parties involved.
- Manage job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages with selected candidates.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures while handling sensitive information.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.
- Act as a brand ambassador for GEICO Auto Insurance and promote the company's values and culture to potential candidates.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Recruiting For Operations Positions, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Operations Roles And Responsibilities Within A Large Organization.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruiting Software.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Effectively Collaborate With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
