  1. Provide exceptional customer service to Geico Auto Insurance customers.
  2. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Geico's auto damage policies and procedures.
  3. Participate in the Operations Development Program for Auto Damage, including hands-on training and experience.
  4. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  5. Continuously learn and grow within the auto damage operations field.
  6. Represent Geico Auto Insurance in a professional and positive manner.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  8. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  9. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing auto damage inspections.
  10. Meet or exceed performance goals and standards set by Geico Auto Insurance.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of auto damage inspections and related tasks.
  12. Attend and actively participate in training and development sessions.
