  1. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to improve customer experiences across all channels.
  2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and measure key performance indicators.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  4. Utilize statistical and data mining techniques to identify customer trends and behavior.
  5. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of omnichannel strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot data issues to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
  8. Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Work closely with IT teams to ensure data integrity and optimize data processes.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on data analysis and provide guidance to team members.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage data and insights for business growth.
  12. Contribute to the development and implementation of new data-driven initiatives and projects.
  13. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency within the team.
  14. Adhere to data privacy and security regulations and ensure all data handling processes are in compliance.
  15. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in data analysis and omnichannel strategies.
  16. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Analytics, Data Science, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Optimization, Preferably In An Omnichannel Environment

  • Proficiency In Sql, Python, And Other Data Analysis Tools

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills To Effectively Communicate Complex Data Insights To Stakeholders

  • Strong Understanding Of Customer Journey Mapping And Experience With Developing Omnichannel Strategies To Optimize Customer Experience And Drive Business Growth.
