Multi-Line Property Damage Adjuster

1. Assess and evaluate property damage claims for GEICO customers with accuracy and efficiency.
2. Negotiate settlements with customers and/or third-party claimants in a timely and professional manner.
3. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and concerns.
4. Utilize knowledge of insurance policies and coverage to accurately determine liability and coverage for each claim.
5. Investigate and gather all necessary information and evidence related to property damage claims.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
7. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claim activities and communications.
8. Identify and report any potential fraudulent activity or suspicious claims.
9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, laws, and regulations related to property damage claims.
10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
11. Provide guidance and support to less experienced adjusters as needed.
12. Demonstrate a strong understanding of GEICO's values and uphold them in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
