- Develop and implement strategic brand and creative initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition for Geico Auto Insurance.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute brand and creative campaigns across various channels.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer insights and trends, and use this information to inform brand strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and analytics to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for optimizations to drive results.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in brand management and creative direction, and use this knowledge to continuously improve Geico's brand strategy.
- Represent Geico at industry events and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador and promoting the company's mission and values.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and present strategies and plans for the company's overall marketing objectives.
- Handle crisis communications and reputation management for the brand, ensuring swift and effective responses to any issues or concerns.
- Uphold and promote Geico's culture of exceptional customer service and commitment to excellence in all brand and creative initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Brand Management And Creative Direction.
Proven Track Record Of Developing Successful Marketing Campaigns And Strategies.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills.
