  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscape to inform content strategy and optimization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure social media content is aligned with overall company messaging and branding.
  4. Create and manage a content calendar for all social media platforms, ensuring timely and consistent posting of engaging and relevant content.
  5. Write and produce high-quality social media content, including posts, visuals, videos, and other multimedia elements, that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
  6. Utilize SEO and other digital marketing strategies to increase the reach and visibility of our social media content.
  7. Engage with followers and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices for social media content creation and distribution.
  9. Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  10. Maintain a strong understanding of the Geico brand and voice, ensuring all social media content is consistent with company values and guidelines.
  11. Train and mentor junior social media team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
  12. Proactively identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with influencers, brands, and other organizations to increase brand awareness and reach new audiences.
  13. Monitor and manage social media budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  14. Represent Geico at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting our social media presence.
  15. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to engage with and connect with our customers through social media.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Social Media Content Strategy And Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Social Media Platforms And Experience With Social Media Analytics And Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication And Writing Skills, With The Ability To Create Engaging And Effective Social Media Content.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Social Media Campaigns That Drive Engagement And Brand Awareness.
