Manager, Security Operations

Geico Auto Insurance is looking for a Manager of Security Operations who is passionate about protecting the security of our operations, data, and personnel. We are looking for a candidate who has a deep understanding of the security landscape and is able to lead our security team to create and maintain effective security protocols. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations management, is an organized self-starter, and is capable of meeting tight deadlines. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain security protocols to protect the security of Geico Auto Insurance’s operations, data, and personnel.
2. Lead and manage a security team to ensure the successful execution of security protocols.
3. Monitor and evaluate security threats in the industry and adjust the security protocols accordingly.
4. Create and implement security training programs for personnel.
5. Liaise with external security vendors and consultants to ensure security compliance.
6. Maintain and update security records and documentation.
7. Investigate and respond to security incidents.
8. Identify areas of improvement in the existing security structure and implement solutions.
9. Stay abreast of security trends and developments to ensure the highest standards of security.
