Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Finance, Or Computer Science
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In The Insurance Industry
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Research And Development Processes And Methodologies
