- Develop and implement effective paid search marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Geico Auto Insurance.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid search marketing, and proactively make recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, creative teams, and product teams, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Manage and allocate budget for paid search campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance.
- Stay informed on competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Continuously identify new opportunities for growth and improvement in the paid search marketing space.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in all paid search marketing activities.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to support paid search efforts, as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, staying connected with the broader marketing community and bringing new ideas and insights back to the team.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Managing Paid Search Campaigns, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Proficiency In Google Ads, Bing Ads, And Other Paid Search Platforms.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
