  1. Develop and implement effective paid search marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Geico Auto Insurance.
  2. Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid search marketing, and proactively make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, creative teams, and product teams, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  6. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
  7. Manage and allocate budget for paid search campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment.
  8. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance.
  9. Stay informed on competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
  10. Continuously identify new opportunities for growth and improvement in the paid search marketing space.
  11. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in all paid search marketing activities.
  13. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to support paid search efforts, as needed.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, staying connected with the broader marketing community and bringing new ideas and insights back to the team.
  15. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Managing Paid Search Campaigns, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Proficiency In Google Ads, Bing Ads, And Other Paid Search Platforms.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
