  1. Develop and implement comprehensive media plans that align with the company's overall marketing strategy and goals.
  2. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in media planning to ensure the most effective and innovative strategies are utilized.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, advertising, and sales, to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and brand positioning.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences and determine the most effective media channels to reach them.
  5. Monitor and track media performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
  6. Manage media budgets and negotiate rates with vendors to ensure cost-effective media placements.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of media planners, providing guidance and support in developing effective media strategies.
  8. Foster relationships with media partners and stay informed of new advertising opportunities and partnerships.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on media plans and results.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve media planning processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Ensure all media plans are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to stay informed of the latest media trends and technologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Media Strategy And Planning, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Develop Effective Media Plans.

  • Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Traditional And Digital Media Platforms, Including Experience With Media Buying And Negotiation.
