  1. Develop and implement controls to mitigate risks related to cyber and technology within the company.
  2. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing internal controls to identify potential vulnerabilities and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Stay updated on the latest cyber threats and technology trends in order to proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure that all systems and processes are in compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  5. Create and maintain documentation of internal control procedures and processes.
  6. Train and educate employees on proper security protocols and procedures to ensure the protection of company data and systems.
  7. Investigate and respond to any security incidents or breaches, working closely with IT and other relevant teams to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences.
  8. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying and addressing any areas of weakness or improvement.
  9. Collaborate with external auditors and regulators during audits and assessments of the company's internal controls.
  10. Stay current on industry best practices and make recommendations for implementing new technologies and processes to enhance the company's security measures.
