- Develop and implement a strategic growth and journey marketing plan for the CRM email marketing department, aligned with the overall business objectives and goals.
- Lead and manage a team of email marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their continued growth and success.
- Oversee the creation and execution of targeted email campaigns, utilizing data and analytics to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

- Monitor and analyze key metrics and performance indicators to continuously optimize and improve email marketing efforts.

Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Crm Email Marketing, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Customer Journey Mapping And Experience With Creating And Executing Targeted Email Campaigns.
Excellent Analytical Skills And Experience With Data-Driven Decision Making.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Growth And Retention Through Effective Email Marketing Strategies.
