  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the commercial agency department for the trucking division.
  2. Develop and maintain efficient processes and procedures to ensure profitability and quality service delivery.
  3. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  4. Provide leadership and guidance to the commercial agency team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

  13. Act as a liaison between the commercial agency department and upper management, providing regular updates and reports on departmental performance.
  14. Represent Geico at industry events and conferences to promote our services and network with potential clients and partners.
  15. Uphold Geico's commitment to exceptional customer service and act as a role model for the commercial agency team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Trucking Operations, Preferably In A Managerial Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Pertaining To Commercial Trucking, Including Safety Guidelines And Insurance Requirements.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Operations, Including Budgeting, Strategic Planning, And Implementing Efficient Processes.
