  1. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner in all legal matters related to liability cases.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex legal issues in order to provide sound legal advice and recommendations.
  3. Handle a high volume of liability cases, including investigations, negotiations, and trials.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including claims adjusters and underwriters, to ensure effective and efficient case resolution.
  5. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations in order to effectively advocate for the company's interests.
  7. Manage and prioritize a caseload to meet deadlines and achieve favorable outcomes.
  8. Utilize strong negotiation skills to reach settlements in the best interest of the company.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed case records and documentation.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff.
  11. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by participating in team meetings and initiatives.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  13. Act as a representative of the company in community and industry events.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Admitted To Practice Law In The State Where The Job Is Located

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Litigation, Preferably In Insurance Defense

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Liability Insurance Coverage And Claims Handling Processes

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills With The Ability To Handle Complex And High-Value Cases
